Linkage Pre-Employment Program
The Linkage Program is a 22 week Program made possible through funding by Department of Community Services. While in the program women will learn to plan their career path. Participants will compile a personal profile of values, interests, knowledge, skills and experiences. Exploring and evaluating occupational and educational choices will help them identify realistic career choices. Participants will address a wide range of self-management and critical thinking that will identify the barriers to employment and career development.
                         While attending the Program, a skilled facilitator, guides the participants while they explore the following:
